Peter J. Maurice (Agent-Partner) – A native of the Westside, has been a top producing agent for over 25 years. He covers Los Angeles from offices at Rodeo Realty’s Beverly Hills office where he is an Estates Director. With multiple offices located in Southern California, Rodeo Realty is the state’s single largest individually-owned real estate brokerage, and is comprised of one of the most sophisticated group of real estate professionals in the area.
Peter has accumulated numerous real estate awards and distinctions including consistently ranking in the top .1% of all real estate agents nationally. Peter attended Dartmouth College and the University of California where he received a B.A. in Environmental Studies/Landscape Architecture. He received his law degree from U.C. Berkley (Boalt Hall) and practiced corporate, real estate and entertainment law with Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman & Machtinger in Century City (admitted, Central District Court – California), before joining Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro where he helped grow the entertainment transaction department. Subsequently, he served as Vice President, Legal Affairs, for 20th Century Fox Film Corporation. Peter left the practice of law to pursue his true passion, real estate, and to represent the many individuals and entities with whom he transacted business over the years as a corporate and studio lawyer. Represented among his clients are lawyers, business and personal managers, physicians, investment bankers, real estate developers, various major studios and top studio executives, actors, writers, directors, and producers.
Marketing and advertising his properties in an aggressive, creative and directed manner, Peter sells his listings through a vast array of personal contacts in the community. David Tamburo – Operations Director and Architectural Photographer
David holds the position of Operations Director for the Maurice-Rustad Team. He is a California licensed real estate agent, commencing his career in fashion marketing and sales nearly a decade ago. With commensurate experience as a professional photographer, Mr. Tamburo personally handles all aesthetic aspects of photography, as well as the sale and escrow process for all properties and purchases handled by the Team.
Key to David’s approach with photography is mindfulness: Not simply recording images of the property and cataloguing features, he understands how critical it is to take the time necessary to produce correct images to portray each property. His artful presentation of homes evokes the essence of what is, essentially, an emotional engagement of prospective buyers (and agents) viewing the Team’s listings. The process takes significant time, and David’s dedication to ‘getting it right’ is universally lauded by our agents.
David stays abreast of continuing trends in e-marketing, including state of the art web-design, social marketing and internet exposure maximization, for our clients. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago. In his spare time, David is an avid photographer enjoying all types, from landscape to lifestyle. David loves spending time with his girlfriend and their two dogs, pursuing music, cooking and dog rescuing.
Dave Landguth – Marketing Director
Dave oversees the creation, management and strategy for all aspects of design, print, and web advertising & marketing, exclusively for Peter Maurice & Tregg Rustad at Rodeo Realty, Beverly Hills. Through the use of vibrant photography and carefully crafted property narratives, his commitment is that each home’s unique beauty stand out to both buyers and real estate agents alike. The key to Dave’s success — and the impact of his work — is going beyond objective description of property features, and creating an emotional experience in the reader that evokes the essence of what it would mean to own and/or live in each residence.
With a BFA in Graphic Design from Cal Poly, Dave has maintained a solid foundation in design and advertising, branching into broader marketing roles through years of experience working with several nationwide firms. Notables include DTT Surveillance (A tech firm servicing nationwide restaurant brands) and Institutional Property Advisors (A Marcus & Millichap company servicing multifamily institutional clients).
Dave enjoys spending time with family and feeding his creative spirit through playing drums and creating mixed media sculpture. He does not own a dog but is under pressure from the team to adopt one.
